Endpoints testing is becoming an important piece in the full spectrum of testing, and there are many of tools to help with this.

At this meetup, we’re going to take a look at Gatling for testing endpoints. Using Gatling allows us to incorporate endpoints testing into an existing scala-based test automation framework. And since Gatling itself is a tool for load testing, you can extend your script to perform load testing as well.

Larry Ng – Director of Quality at Visier

Larry has been working as a QA professional for 17 years. In most of those years, he has been involved in testing projects in a wide variety of industries as a consultant. He started managing QA and Release for a software company in Vancouver 4 years ago and has joined Visier very recently. Larry is passionate about all aspects of testing, especially at the technical level focusing on automation, performance and reliability, and building test harnesses.
